Belonging Across Borders – Experiences of CaLD Children in WA #

The 'Belonging Across Borders' report shares insights from 576 children and young people, aged 17 and under, from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) backgrounds living in Western Australia. This important survey captures the experiences, challenges, and highlights of immigrating to and living in Australia, providing a valuable perspective on what it's like growing up in a new country.

The report also offers recommendations on support services that children feel would have been beneficial during their transition. It serves as a crucial resource for policymakers, community leaders, and service providers to better understand and address the needs of young immigrants, ensuring that resources and practices are shaped to help them thrive in Western Australia.
